Open enrollment for Berkeley County 4-H begins on October 1st which is the beginning of the new 4-H year and is open year - round.  The age requirement for 4-H membership is that the child turn 9 years old during the 4-H year and/or be in 3rd grade. The Cloverbud program is for children ages 5 through 8.
